Message	Feel free to check the part numbers or even send them to Garrett for verification if you like. It's our experience that the new Garrett CHRAs are of the same quality as the original turbos that came on the Z32. In the absence of external problems or abuse, they should last a long time with no problems. We have sold hundreds of the Garret replacement CHRAs and I have never seen one defective from the manufacturer and these are the first and only cases I have heard of problems. It wouldn't matter who you purchased these from, this is not a Z1 QC, workmanship, or customer service issue. I honestly do not feel like it is a Garrett issue either, however I am in no position to say for certain and my feelings are based simply on a lot of experience. We haven't seen the car, we didn't install the turbos, we don't know what has happened since they have been on the car. There are obviously a lot of factors involved. You mentioned that you have not called in to discuss. If you call in we would be happy to help troubleshoot the cause of the problem.
